This policy describes how LegalPanel at https://legalpanel.in — owned and operated by Maha Traders, and providing legal services through SG Law India (SG Law India) — delivers completed documents to clients and, where applicable, to recipients of legal notices.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the document, volume of orders, and time required for advocate review. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues at email providers, WhatsApp, or recipient-side delivery failures.

4. Email Delivery Issues

If you do not receive the document PDF by email, please check the following:

• Check your Spam / Junk folder and mark our email as "Not Spam".
• Whitelist sglawindia@gmail.com in your email client to ensure future delivery.
• Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct.
• If the issue persists after 30 minutes (during business hours), contact us at rajasek123@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend the document.

5. WhatsApp Delivery

Documents and notices are also delivered via WhatsApp to the phone number(s) provided at checkout. For WhatsApp delivery to work:

• The phone number must be registered on WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp must not be blocked or privacy-restricted for unknown contacts.
• For legal notices, the recipient's WhatsApp number must be accurate and active.

If WhatsApp delivery fails due to an inactive number or incorrect number provided by you, we are not responsible. Email delivery remains the primary mode of dispatch.

You can track the status of your document order at any time by visiting https://legalpanel.in/status and entering your order number. Status updates include: Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Dispatched.
