Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on LegalPanel at https://legalpanel.in, owned and operated by Maha Traders. Legal document services are provided through SG Law India (SG Law India), operating under Maha Traders.
We understand that legal matters are sensitive, and we aim to be transparent and fair in all refund decisions.
1. When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if the advocate reviews your submission and determines that it cannot be processed for any of the following reasons:
- Your case does not have a sufficient legal basis under applicable Indian law.
- The information provided is incomplete, contradictory, or insufficient to draft the document.
- The document type selected does not match your situation.
- The matter falls outside the scope of our document services (e.g., requires court filing or litigation).
In all of the above cases, a full refund will be initiated โ no questions asked.
2. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Document already dispatched: Once the advocate has approved, finalised, and dispatched the document to the recipient (or delivered it to you for self-submission), the order is considered complete and no refund is applicable.
- Change of mind: If you decide you no longer need the document after the advocate has already reviewed and prepared it.
- Incorrect information provided by user: If the document was prepared correctly based on the information you provided, but the information was inaccurate or incomplete due to your own error.
- E-stamp papers and e-sign services: These are third-party government/SHCIL-issued instruments and are non-refundable once generated, as per the terms of the respective authorities.
3. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order only if the advocate has not yet started reviewing your submission. Once review has commenced, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel an order before review begins, contact us immediately at rajasek123@gmail.com or +91 94426 17229 with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are typically initiated automatically when the advocate rejects an order. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and have not received one, follow these steps:
- Email us at rajasek123@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request โ Order #[your order number]".
- Include your full name, email address used at checkout, and order number.
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 1 working day.
5. Refund Timeline

Note: Refund timelines for UPI and wallets may be shorter. Bank card refunds may take up to 7โ10 working days depending on your bank.
6. Mode of Refund
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet). We do not issue refunds via cash or cheque.
